
How To Book Hale Village Hall
Whether you want to hire a function room on its own or make a combination booking of several/all rooms together for a larger event, hiring our hall could not be easier:

by email: bookings@halevillagehall.com (this is the best method of contacting us; if we are at our normal place of work then we are able to check email quite frequently. By contrast, it’s not always possible to answer the phone immediately)

by phone /text on 07305 474607 (please note that as our volunteers also work during the day, it isn’t always possible to pick up the phone immediately; if you call us between 9am and 9pm and we are busy, we’ll call you back)

You’ll be asked to complete a Booking Form;

In addition you’ll need to see our Terms and Conditions of hire to ensure you are happy to comply with all the policies and procedures of Hale Village Hall;

NOTE: if you want to include the BAR in your booking, our bookings secretary will advise you who to talk to about this, as this must be organised separately from the Main Hall booking;

Once we receive your signed booking form and payment, your booking will be confirmed and arrangements will be made for you so you can prepare for your event.
